When we think of cabinetry, we think of the kitchen. Perhaps, if you’ve done a lot of designing or renovating you might think of the bathroom. And if you are the kind of person who loves entertaining you may be dreaming about a bar area. But for the most part your mind gets stuck in the kitchen. And for good reason, everyone loves the kitchen.
There is more to the story though. A LOT more. If you’re looking to your home to the next level, you need cabinetry. Cabinetry everywhere!
This is a great way to maximize space and keep your home clean. It creates space for storage and adds warmth and style to your home. Think of it as an opportunity for open shelving around your home. And come on, who doesn’t love a good library space or book nook?!
Just because clothes get messy doesn’t mean your home should be. Cabinetry in your laundry room can help keep the mess contained. A little organized chaos can go a long way.
Entertaining is fun. Beer lowers barriers. But a bar area doesn’t just have to be for parties and alcohol. Think of it as an extension of your kitchen. You can create a coffee bar or breakfast area. A place for someone to sit and while you’re creating a messy masterpiece in the kitchen. Cabinetry here can serve as storage for glassware. It’s also a great place for a beverage fridge, making sure you’re fully stoked without sacrificing fridge space.
A good window seat can make or break a home. I stand by that statement. It’s a quiet place for reflection. An intimate conversation. The place you have your best ideas. It’s also an opportunity to create storage underneath.
These can help create more space by better organizing the spaces you have. It's easy to dream of having more space, but sometimes all we can do is make the best of what we have.
